Aimee began hairdressing in 2008 and joined the Andrew Smith Salon Group nearly 2 years ago. She loves all aspects of ladies hairdressing and particularly enjoys creating big bouncy blow drys. Aimee also loves working with different hair textures and is a specialist in perms and transforming the most unruly hair with the use of Brazilian Blowdry.

Aimee is friendly and attentive and her passion for hairdressing has never left. Her favourite product is the Milkshake Incredible Milk as it's a product that has everything you need from protecting your hair from harmful UV rays to maintaining colour and repairing all hair types, as well as being a brilliant detangler and having great frizz control.

With over 20 years experience in the beauty industry, Maria has established herself as one of the top Beauty Therapists in the South. Maria trained at the highly acclaimed Decleor Beauty School in London and boasts numerous other top-class qualifications in every area of beauty therapy. As an expert in make-up, Maria has had the pleasure of working as a makeup artist at many high-profile events and photo shoots including London Fashion Week. Terri joined Andrew Smith in 2017 after beginning her hairdressing career in 2002. Terri is a perfectionist with a reputation for exceptional standards and attention to detail which explains why she is an in-demand stylist. Her speciality is hair ups and colouring but she is dedicated to exceeding client's expectations and enjoys all aspects of hairdressing. She is lively, talkative and her future career goal is to travel and do hair shows. Her favourite product is the Milkshake Volumizing Styling Spray and her style icon is Blake Lively.

Laura

Art Director/ Salon Manager

After starting her career in 2007, Laura has developed her natural creative flair by applying it to her work in the Waterlooville hair salon. She has worked with Andrew for 12 years, starting as an apprentice and working her way up to become Salon Manager and Artistic Director. Her imaginative mind is reflected in her inspirational up-do’s and styles she’s become renowned for. She is a real fan of hair extensions and she is a qualified technician in the popular Brazilian blowdry which is a treatment that will de-frizz and tame the most unruly hair for weeks! She enjoys doing both ladies and gents hair and is a real all rounder with hair. Practising what she preaches, Laura really stands out as many know her for her big hair so look out for her when visiting! Laura is also a member of the Andrew Smith Salon Artistic Team and regularly takes part in photoshoots and events. Laura is available in the salon everyday apart from Sundays and Mondays and always keeps team spirits high and creates a positive atmosphere in the salon. Her clients come to her for good hair, a smiling face and a catch up - and they are never short of a cup of a tea!

Laura's career highlights include flying out to Portugal for a Milkshake hair event and helping Andrew out at London Fashion Week. Her goal is to own the salon as she has worked her way up since the age of 16 and feels as though it is her second home.

Beth

Beth began her career in hairdressing in 2007 and has been part of the Andrew Smith Salons team for 6 years. She qualifications in all levels of hairdressing, including the Level 3 qualification in both hairdressing and barbering so she is happy to do male and female characters.. She's one of our most creative stylists and loves doing hair transformations, hair ups and balayage, giving her clients the confidence to take on the world. She loves going out of her comfort zone and recently worked at London Fashion Week. Her favourite product is the Milkshake Whipped Cream, a protective leave-in formula that conditions and restructures the hair. She loves following hair trends and if you're looking for something striking and unique, Beth is the hairdresser for you.

Specialising in perms and blow drys, Nic has a range of skills using these to build an established client base. Harry joined Andrew Smith Salons 4 years ago as an apprentice and in just 2 years, started working on clients and running his own Column. Harry is a client favourite and specialises in balayage. He loves working with clients who want to try something a little out of the ordinary with their colour. His biggest career highlight was going to London Fashion Week and creating some amazing hair looks for the catwalk. Harry's favourite products are the Milkshake Incredible Milk and the Blow Dry Primer. His style icons are the Kardashians as they are constantly changing their hair and setting trends and a lot of his clients take inspiration from them.
